AZ HCR2006

Proposes an amendment to Article VII, Section 13 of the Arizona Constitution to modify language governing bond election voting requirements.

Removes the phrase "real property tax payers, who shall also in all respects be" from the constitutional text.

Changes "qualified electors...of the political subdivisions thereof" to "qualified electors...of the political subdivision" (correcting grammar from plural to singular).

Replaces "and" with "or" when referring to qualified electors of the State or affected political subdivision.

Requires voter approval at the next general election and subsequent gubernatorial proclamation for the amendment to take effect.
