Expresses Arizona Legislature's support for Israel's right to defend itself against Hamas terrorism and to pursue the elimination of Hamas without interference or condemnation.

Recognizes Hamas as a Foreign Terrorist Organization that launched an unprovoked attack on October 7, 2023, killing over 1,200 civilians and taking hundreds hostage, supported by Iran.

Reaffirms Arizona's commitment to Israel's welfare, security and survival, and conveys condolences to Israeli victims and their families.

Directs Arizona law enforcement to remain vigilant in protecting Israeli Americans, Jewish Americans and Israel supporters from crime and discrimination, and calls for accountability for individuals supporting Hamas under Arizona law.

Urges all Americans to condemn Hamas and calls for the United States to provide necessary assistance to support Israel's defense against terrorist organizations.
