AZ HCR2032

Prohibits county boards of supervisors from authorizing voting centers in place of or in addition to designated polling places, requiring voters to vote at their assigned precinct location.

Eliminates provisions allowing emergency voting centers that were previously authorized by board resolution for specific election dates.

Removes references to voting centers from election board appointment procedures, early ballot on-site tabulation locations, and unlawful voting conduct statutes.

Maintains precinct-based polling places with a maximum of 1,000 registered voters per precinct and requires boards to designate one polling place within each precinct.

Requires voter submission to the electorate as a ballot measure at the next general election under Arizona's referendum power vested in the Legislature.
