Prohibits public entities in Arizona from spending public monies to promote, advocate for, or become members of organizations that promote reducing meat/dairy consumption, replacing animal-based protein with insect or synthetic protein, or reducing motor vehicle travel in favor of walking, biking, or public transit.

Bans public entity spending on initiatives to reduce or limit airplane travel, limit clothing purchases, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, limit global temperature increases, adopt climate action plans, or implement mass surveillance systems for vehicle monitoring.

Prohibits public entity spending on hiring practices based on skin color, sexuality, identity, or national origin rather than merit and qualifications, and on furthering Marxist ideologies including stakeholder capitalism.

Grants any qualified Arizona voter standing to sue public entities for violations in any court of record, with courts authorized to issue permanent injunctions and award reasonable attorney fees and costs if violations are proven by preponderance of evidence.

Defines "public entity" to include the state, political subdivisions, state and local agencies, Arizona Board of Regents universities, and community college districts; directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election.
