AZ HCR2050

Proposes a constitutional amendment to Article XXII, Section 23 of the Arizona Constitution prohibiting state, local, and political subdivisions from restricting the manufacture, use, or sale of devices based on their energy source.

Defines "used to power the device or consumed by the device" as a significant function of the device that uses or consumes the energy source to accomplish its purpose.

Applies to the state of Arizona, cities, towns, counties, political subdivisions, and public bodies.

Requires approval by Arizona voters at the next general election following submission by the Secretary of State.
