Proposes constitutional amendment to implement lifetime term limits for Arizona legislators beginning with the 58th legislature in 2027, replacing the current eight-year consecutive term limits.

Limits state senators to a maximum of four terms in the state senate during their lifetime and state representatives to a maximum of four terms in the state house during their lifetime.

Allows a person to serve a maximum of four terms in each chamber (eight terms total across both chambers) during their lifetime, with limits applying regardless of consecutive service or time out of office.

Sets legislative salary at $35,000 per year beginning with the 58th legislature in 2027, with automatic biennial adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index effective the second Monday in January.

Requires voter approval through the next general election as provided by the Arizona Constitution.
