Expresses legislative support for negotiation of a bilateral trade agreement between the United States and Taiwan, and Taiwan's inclusion in the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework.

Supports Taiwan's meaningful participation in international organizations including the United Nations, World Health Organization, International Civil Aviation Organization, United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and INTERPOL.

Notes Taiwan was Arizona's ninth largest export market in 2022 with $765 million in exports, and that more than 7,895 Arizona jobs are supported by Taiwanese-affiliated companies.

Acknowledges Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's increased $40 billion investment to construct two advanced manufacturing facilities in Phoenix that will create 10,000 high-tech jobs.

Recognizes achievements in economic, trade, technology, education and cultural cooperation between Arizona and Taiwan since their sister-state relationship began on July 28, 1980.
