Renews the military reuse zone designation for Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (formerly Williams Gateway Airport), located on lands that comprised a portion of Williams Air Force Base in Maricopa County.

Sets the termination date for the military reuse zone designation to five years from October 19, 2026, notwithstanding the standard ten-year designation period in Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1531.

Notes that the military reuse zone designation has attracted over 52 companies and created 6,675 direct jobs since 1996 through targeted economic incentives for aviation and aerospace businesses.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the City of Phoenix and the City of Mesa.
