Repeals existing section 16-133 of Arizona Revised Statutes and replaces it with a new voter registration requirement.

Requires the Arizona Secretary of State and each county recorder to post a list of voter registration events on their public websites.

Mandates events be posted within 24 hours after the Secretary of State, county recorder, or their staff attends the event.

Each event listing must include the location, title of the event, and all affiliated organizations at minimum.
