Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 33-1261 and 33-1808 to add the "Appeal to Heaven flag" (a historic Revolutionary War flag with a green pine tree on white background) to the list of flags that condominium and planned community associations cannot prohibit residents from displaying.

Defines "Appeal to Heaven flag" as a historic flag of the Revolutionary War consisting of a green pine tree on a white background with the words "An appeal to heaven" placed above the pine tree.

Applies the same flag display protections to both condominiums (section 33-1261) and planned communities (section 33-1808), allowing residents to display the flag subject to the same reasonable rules and regulations that apply to other permitted flags.

Does not create any new restrictions or penalties beyond those already existing in statute for flag display violations.
