Amends section 13-2301 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add animal fighting and cockfighting to the definition of "racketeering" offenses.

Adds two new items (xxxvi and xxxvii) to the list of acts that constitute racketeering when committed for financial gain: animal fighting and cockfighting.

Racketeering now includes these animal-related offenses alongside existing crimes such as homicide, robbery, theft, drug trafficking, and terrorism.

Changes are part of the state's organized crime, fraud and terrorism statutory framework.
