Establishes the Arizona-Ireland trade commission within the authority with nine total members.

Commission membership includes two members appointed by the president of the senate, two by the speaker of the house, and five by the governor (including at least one from public higher education, the CEO or designee, and at least two Irish-American community representatives from different political parties).

All appointments must be completed by December 31, 2024, for four-year terms, with members receiving per diem compensation and expense reimbursement.

Commission shall meet at least annually and advance bilateral trade, investment, and business/academic exchanges between Arizona and Ireland.

Commission must submit annual reports on or before December 31, 2025, and each year thereafter to the governor, legislature, and secretary of state.
