Amends Laws 2022, chapter 148, section 1 to extend the repeal date of the Arizona off-highway vehicle study committee from May 31, 2024 to May 31, 2025.

Committee consists of 13-member groups including state legislators, agency directors, law enforcement, industry representatives, and public members knowledgeable about outdoor recreation and off-highway vehicle issues.

Committee duties include collecting and studying information from the public and stakeholders regarding off-highway vehicle issues and submitting annual reports by January 1 to the governor, legislature president, and house speaker.

Appointed members serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority and are not eligible for compensation, except gubernatorial appointees may be reimbursed for expenses.
