Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-5401 to modify the duties and reporting requirements of the Workforce Arizona Council.

Requires the council to post its annual report to its website in addition to submitting it to the governor, legislature, and joint legislative budget committee by December 1 each year.

Adds a new reporting requirement that the council include outcome-based performance measures produced in coordination with state agencies and community colleges.

Directs the Workforce Arizona Council to coordinate with state agencies and community colleges to develop outcome-based performance measures for all state workforce development programs.

Makes grammatical and stylistic changes to the council's listed duties, including restructuring language from gerunds and passive constructions to more direct active voice phrasing.
