Appropriates an additional $500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the secretary of state for legal expenses to employ outside or private attorneys in conflict of interest matters.

Appropriates $500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the secretary of state for legal expenses to hire outside or private attorneys in conflict of interest matters.
