Amends section 23-364 of Arizona Revised Statutes to exempt employees who have entered into contracts to play minor league baseball from minimum wage and certain recordkeeping requirements.

Exemption applies only to minor league baseball players compensated under a collective bargaining agreement that provides wages and working conditions exceeding the state's minimum wage requirements.

Makes technical changes to employment law language, including replacing "promulgate regulations" with "adopt rules" and updating terminology throughout the statute.

Requires a three-fourths vote in both houses of the legislature for enactment pursuant to Arizona's constitutional requirements for legislation affecting employee compensation.

Designates the act as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage.
