Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 3-113 to allow producers, shippers, or associations representing them to sue for damages when false information about perishable agricultural food products being unsafe is maliciously disseminated to the public.

Establishes liability for any person who intentionally disseminates false information about perishable agricultural food products not being safe for human consumption with intent to harm a producer or shipper.

Permits courts to award the successful party court costs and reasonable attorney fees in actions brought under this section.

Sets a two-year statute of limitations for commencing actions under this section from the date false information is disseminated.

Defines "false information" as information not based on reliable scientific facts and data that the disseminator knows or should have known to be false; applies to perishable agricultural food products grown or produced in Arizona.
