Requires insurance policies and health care plans to cover supplemental breast examinations using magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, or breast pressure elastography when combined with point-of-care ultrasound for patients at increased risk of breast cancer or by personal choice.

Defines "supplemental breast examination" as a medically necessary examination used to screen for breast cancer when abnormalities are not seen or suspected, based on personal/family medical history, risk factors, or patient preference, with frequency determined by patient and physician.

Applies the supplemental breast examination coverage requirement to medical service corporations, health care services organizations, disability insurance policies, and group disability policies across Arizona.

Adds supplemental breast examination coverage to existing requirements for post-mastectomy care, preventive mammography screening, and diagnostic imaging under various insurance contract types.

Modifies Arizona Revised Statutes sections 20-826, 20-1057, 20-1342, 20-1402, 20-1404, and 36-2907 to incorporate supplemental breast examination coverage requirements.
