Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1822 regarding reports on academic performance of high school graduates.

Removes requirement for community college districts and Arizona Board of Regents to provide copies of academic performance reports to the director of the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records.

Maintains requirement for reports to be submitted by October 31 of each year to the president of the senate, speaker of the house, superintendent of public instruction, and state board of education, with a copy to the secretary of state.

Requires Arizona Board of Regents institutions to submit information by September 1 of each year to the Arizona Board of Regents in the form specified by the board for compiling reports.

Preserves requirement that superintendent of public instruction provide each high school with the portion of the report applicable to its graduates.
