Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-405 regarding justification for use of deadly physical force.

Adds two new exceptions prohibiting deadly force: (1) when a person leaves a place of safety and actively pursues another person engaged in a lawful activity, and (2) when a person pursues another after a law enforcement officer requests retreat to a place of safety.

Maintains existing provision that a person has no duty to retreat before using deadly physical force if lawfully present and not engaged in unlawful conduct.

Updates statutory language by replacing "such" with "the" in the justification standard.
