Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 5-602.01 to modify how the Department of Gaming deposits civil penalties collected from certificate holders.

Changes the deposit procedure for civil penalties from being "transferred to the state treasurer for deposit" to being "deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the state general fund."

Maintains existing civil penalty authority: up to $5,000 per day (maximum $25,000 total) for violations constituting grounds for revocation, and up to $500 for other rule violations.

Retains the requirement that the Department of Gaming consider the seriousness of violations and financial impact on certificate holders when determining penalty amounts.
