Requires school superintendents to hold a valid fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to Arizona law.

Requires superintendents to work in Arizona for at least 75 percent of total hours worked during any pay period.

Applies to superintendents employed individually by a governing board or jointly employed by multiple governing boards.

Takes effect for all employment contracts entered into or renewed after the bill's effective date.
