Allows aquaculture, livestock, and poultry products from animals that did not receive messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccinations to be labeled as "mRNA free" in black text on an orange background, with label height not exceeding one-quarter inch.

Prohibits the Director or State Veterinarian from requiring or administering mRNA vaccines that have not received full approval from the United States Department of Agriculture or United States Food and Drug Administration, excluding emergency approvals.

Defines "aquaculture," "livestock," and "poultry" by reference to existing definitions in Arizona Revised Statutes section 3-1201.
