Removes the requirement for on-sale liquor licensees to post a conspicuous notice prohibiting firearms on premises, thereby eliminating the previous notice-and-sign regime.

Allows persons with concealed carry permits to carry handguns on premises of on-sale retailers if they do not consume alcohol, regardless of whether a notice is posted.

Eliminates former affirmative defenses related to lack of notice about firearm prohibitions and repeals detailed specifications for required warning signs.

Modifies Arizona Revised Statutes sections 4-229, 4-244, 4-246, and 13-3112 to align firearm possession rules with the removal of the posting requirement.

Clarifies that concealed carry permit holders may be on licensed premises without violating the law if they do not consume spirituous liquor.
