Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-212 to prohibit excluding or removing presidential candidates from the general election ballot based on alleged violations of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Applies the prohibition to three categories of candidates: official nominees of political parties entitled to continued ballot representation, qualified independent candidates, and qualified write-in candidates.

Maintains existing provisions requiring presidential electors to cast electoral college votes for the candidates who received the highest number of votes in Arizona.

Retains existing law that removes and replaces any presidential elector who knowingly refuses to vote as prescribed.
