Amends section 16-411 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding designation of election precincts and polling places.

Restricts use of public schools as polling places when a school district has a bond election or override election on the ballot, allowing school use only if other nearby appropriate government buildings are unavailable.

Requires the Department of Administration to coordinate with state agencies and counties beginning in 2026 to provide available state-owned facilities as voting locations when requested by election officials.

Maintains existing provisions regarding polling place designation, voting centers, emergency voting centers, electioneering restrictions, and voter wait time standards.
