Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-551 to add "Prader-Willi syndrome" as a recognized developmental disability alongside existing conditions like cognitive disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism, and Down syndrome.

Defines Prader-Willi syndrome as a genetic disorder characterized by short stature, cognitive impairment, hypotonia, abnormally small hands and feet, hypogonadism, and uncontrolled appetite leading to extreme obesity.

Expands the definition of "developmental disability" to include conditions caused by "other pathogenic genetic mutation associated with neurodevelopmental disabilities" in addition to the specifically named conditions.

Renumbers subsequent definition sections in the statute from 38-45 to accommodate the new Prader-Willi syndrome definition as definition 38.
