Allows prevailing plaintiffs in veterinarian malpractice actions to recover the fair market value of a deceased domestic animal.

Permits recovery of all reasonable and necessary veterinary medical expenses for the domestic animal that resulted from the malpractice.

Defines "domestic animal" as mammals, birds, reptiles, or amphibians kept or bred primarily as pets or companions, excluding animals regulated under title 3.

Adds section 32-2240.04 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing damages in veterinarian malpractice cases.
