Requires hospitals that conduct urine drug screenings on patients for diagnostic purposes to include testing for fentanyl as part of the screening.

Restricts fentanyl test results to medical diagnosis only and prohibits their use for law enforcement purposes.

Exempts hospitals that lack the capability or equipment to conduct rapid urine drug tests for fentanyl from this requirement.

Adds section 36-425.10 to Arizona Revised Statutes under Title 36, Chapter 4, Article 2 relating to health care institutions.
