Requires the Arizona Supreme Court to establish that continuing education completed to satisfy a state agency license renewal requirement also counts toward a state bar member's annual continuing legal education activity requirement.

The continuing education program must consist of an organized program of learning that deals with matters directly related to the law, follows an agenda, and is accompanied by substantive or practical written materials or exercises.

Defines "state agency license renewal requirement" as continuing education required by law to maintain or renew a professional license issued by any Arizona state agency, board, commission, or department.

Effective date: March 25, 2024 (approved by the Governor).
