Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-168 regarding precinct registers and voter registration information.

Changes the requirement for county recorders to provide weekly listings of early ballot returns to instead provide daily listings of persons who have returned their early ballots during the 33 days preceding an election.

Expands the authority to request daily early ballot return listings from only county recorders in counties with populations exceeding 800,000 to the Secretary of State statewide.

Requires daily listings to be provided Monday through Friday, beginning with the first Monday after early voting starts and ending the Monday before the election.

Clarifies that political parties requesting precinct lists are exempted from the requirement to request daily early ballot return listings during specified time periods.
