Requires constables to post the name of newly appointed deputy constables on their website, the board of supervisors' website, or the county website within ten business days of appointment.

Deputy constables must be certified pursuant to section 41-1822, subsection A, paragraph 3, and appointments must be made in writing with consent of and at salaries fixed by the board of supervisors.

Applies to all deputy constable appointments going forward under Arizona Revised Statutes section 22-131.
