Amends section 36-425.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding home health agency licensure.

Changes the requirement in subsection B(3) from "Meets" to "All department licensure requirements" to clarify that home health agencies must satisfy all applicable licensure requirements.

Modifies subsection D to remove "as" before "prescribed in section 36-151" for grammatical correction in the definition of "home health agency."

Maintains existing provisions allowing the Department of Health Services to license home health agencies with a maximum licensure period of two years and issue licenses to Medicare-certified agencies licensed by the state for at least one year.
