Repeals section 41-3024.12 of Arizona Revised Statutes (effective retroactively from July 1, 2024).

Establishes July 1, 2032 as the termination date for the Arizona Pioneers' Home and the State Hospital for Miners with Disabilities.

Title 41, chapter 5, articles 2 and 3, and the new section are repealed on January 1, 2033.

Continues operation of both facilities to provide services to long-term residents and miners in Arizona under section 41-2955, subsection B.
