Amends section 8-807 of Arizona Revised Statutes to remove a requirement that legislators sign a confidentiality form before discussing Department of Child Safety (DCS) information with other legislators.

Repeals section 41-3024.06, Arizona Revised Statutes (a temporary law provision).

Adds section 41-3028.04 establishing that the Department of Child Safety terminates on July 1, 2028, with Title 8, Chapter 4 and the new section repealed on January 1, 2029.

Continues the Department of Child Safety pursuant to section 41-2955 to provide services and resources to families and ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of children.

Makes amendments retroactively effective from July 1, 2024.
