Establishes continuing education requirements for dentists and dental hygienists who administer botulinum toxin type A or dermal fillers to the oral maxillofacial complex for therapeutic or cosmetic purposes.

Permits licensed dental hygienists to administer botulinum toxin type A and dermal fillers to the oral maxillofacial complex after meeting board-prescribed criteria and conditions, using only high-quality injectable products from reputable vendors.

Allows dental hygienists to administer botulinum toxins or dermal fillers under direct supervision of a dentist after completing required continuing education determined by the board.

Permits dental hygienists to administer botulinum toxins or dermal fillers under general supervision of a dentist if they have at least six months of direct supervision experience and have completed at least seventy-five injections within a two-year period.

Requires the State Board of Dental Examiners to adopt rulemaking for these continuing education requirements on or before July 1, 2025.
