Adds definition of "rental-purchase property" as personal property owned by the lessor at the time it is physically displayed and offered for rental-purchase to the consumer and before execution of a rental-purchase agreement.

Allows lessors to provide required pricing information electronically instead of on physical tags or cards if rental-purchase property is displayed online and consumers can enter into agreements online or remotely through electronic commerce.

Requires electronic disclosures of cash price, periodic payment amount, total number and amount of payments necessary to acquire ownership, and cost of rental to be clearly indicated in Arabic numerals and disclosed before other rental-purchase agreement disclosures.

Permits electronic disclosure of pricing information for personal property that is not owned by the lessor when displayed or offered for rental-purchase, with disclosures required before rental-purchase agreement terms are prescribed.
