Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-302 and 15-421 to prohibit persons subject to sex offender registration in Arizona or any other jurisdiction from serving on school district governing boards.

Adds ineligibility requirement for county school superintendent appointments to fill school board vacancies, requiring that appointees not be subject to sex offender registration.

Establishes that candidates for school district governing board membership must not be subject to sex offender registration in this state or any other jurisdiction as a condition of eligibility.

Applies the sex offender registration prohibition to all types of school district governing boards, including common school districts, high school districts, and union high school districts.
