Planned communities failing to meet minimum quorum requirements for association meetings for three consecutive years shall be dissolved beginning January 1, 2025, with covenants, conditions, restrictions, and community documents becoming void and unenforceable.

Association funds held at time of dissolution shall be divided equally among members within twenty calendar days after the effective date of dissolution.

Planned communities failing to meet quorum requirements for two consecutive years are prohibited from awarding new contracts or planning new projects with expenditures extending beyond the possible dissolution date.
