Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 26-305.03 to require the division to develop and post electromagnetic pulse preparedness recommendations on its website home page in a visible and prominent section.

Preparedness recommendations must address the type and quantity of supplies (including food, water, and medical supplies) that Arizona residents should stockpile in preparation for a potential electromagnetic pulse event.

Requires the division to update preparedness recommendations at least every five years.

Defines "electromagnetic pulse" as a burst of electromagnetic energy caused by solar coronal mass ejection, nuclear detonation in the upper atmosphere, or man-made electromechanical device.
