Requires each academic unit at Arizona public universities to post course information on their websites and course directories before each term begins.

Mandates posting of course syllabus that includes a comprehensive list of all materials and resources students will review, with either the website address, publication details, or a copy of each item.

Requires posting of the primary instructor's name along with either a curriculum vitae or resume and a complete list of published work, to be updated annually by the instructor.

Prohibits academic units from listing courses or allowing student enrollment if all posting requirements are not satisfied.

Directs the Arizona Board of Regents to establish policies and procedures to enforce these requirements.
