Establishes the solid and hazardous waste citizen suit study committee consisting of 7 members including state legislators, environmental and industry representatives, and the department of environmental quality director.

Committee membership includes 2 House members and 2 Senate members from natural resources committees (from different political parties), plus representatives from environmental nonprofits, citizens' rights nonprofits, industrial interests, and solid waste/hazardous waste facilities.

Speaker of the House and President of the Senate each designate one cochairperson from their respective legislative appointees.

Committee must meet to evaluate the need for a citizen suit provision in Arizona's solid waste and hazardous waste statutes and submit findings to the governor, legislature, and secretary of state by December 31, 2024.

Committee members receive no compensation but are eligible for expense reimbursement; the committee automatically terminates on June 30, 2025.
