Amends section 15-183 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to charter schools and their financial recordkeeping requirements.

Prohibits charter school sponsors from exempting charter schools from the uniform system of financial records prescribed in chapter 2, article 4 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Maintains that charter schools remain subject to the same financial and electronic data submission requirements as school districts, including procurement rules and audit requirements.

Removes language requiring the auditor general to conduct a comprehensive review and revision of the uniform system of financial records for charter schools to ensure compliance with commonly accepted accounting principles used by private business.
