AZ SB1330

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-579.02 regarding early ballot on-site tabulation procedures at voting centers and polling places.

Allows qualified electors presenting voted early ballots with proper identification to have ballots tabulated on-site after completing affidavit procedures and signing a signature roster or electronic pollbook.

Requires electors to remove early ballots from affidavit envelopes and deposit the envelopes in a secured and labeled container before inserting ballots into tabulating machines; separated ballots cannot be removed from the on-site tabulation area.

Prohibits electors from bringing another voter's ballot into the on-site early ballot tabulation area, and requires election officials to ensure voters do not possess other voters' ballots in that area.

Changes references from "drop box" to "container" for the receptacles holding completed affidavit envelopes, which must be clearly labeled and secured similar to other ballot boxes at the location.
