Prohibits artificial intelligence or learning hardware, firmware, or software in voting machines, devices, and election processing systems certified for use in Arizona.

Eliminates the secretary of state's authority to approve experimental use of voting systems without final adoption, removing subsection F from section 16-442.

Requires the early election board to verify voter affidavits on early ballots without using artificial intelligence or learning software or firmware.

Restricts electronic vote adjudication features to only those certified for use and prohibits such features from including artificial intelligence or learning software or firmware.

Maintains requirements for chain of custody records, video recording of ballot custody at counting centers, and live video feeds linked to the secretary of state's website during ballot tabulation.
