Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-901 to allow probationers to request courtesy transfer of intensive probation supervision or supervised probation to another county in Arizona if they provide proof of employment, housing, family caregiver obligations, or job/housing offers.

Requires the supervising probation department to confirm employment/housing details, review victim safety concerns, and submit transfer requests to the receiving county within seven business days.

Requires the receiving county probation department to respond with permission or denial within seven business days, denying transfer only if the plan details are not factual or the transfer endangers the victim.

Prohibits probation departments from returning a transferred probationer's supervision back to the original county if violations or new offenses occur, except for revocation hearings or court orders.
