Requires each public school and local education agency to post on their website the most recent information reported to the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights through the civil rights data collection survey.

Mandates redaction of any data protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) before posting such information online.

Requires the Department of Education to submit annual school safety and school learning conditions reports to the governor, president of the senate, speaker of the house, and secretary of state by December 15 each year.

Directs the Department of Education to survey all school districts and charter schools annually to report the number of incidents at each school site, including bullying, fighting, sexual assault, threatening, intimidation, harassment, suicide, hazing, and physical attacks.

Requires annual surveys of students, parents, and employees regarding school safety, school climate, barriers to engagement, character education, behavior management support, curriculum content, and respect for individuals.
