Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 39-127 to expand free access to police reports and video recordings for crime victims.

Law enforcement agencies must now prioritize processing and providing police reports requested under this section.

Extends free access to police reports to victims of domestic violence offenses and sexual offenses, or their attorneys, regardless of whether the crime is classified as a Part I crime.

Clarifies that "sexual offense" means an offense included in Arizona Title 13, Chapter 14 or 35.1.

Defines "attorney" as a person in good standing with the bar of any U.S. state, possession, territory, commonwealth, or district who is not under any court order restricting their law practice.
