Establishes a monthly stipend of $600 per child for kinship foster care parents in Arizona.

Kinship foster care applicants must be at least 18 years old and undergo background checks, home visits, and interviews by the Department of Child Safety.

Kinship foster care parents remain eligible for full foster care benefits, temporary assistance for needy families payments, and supplemental financial support.

Department of Child Safety must inform kinship foster care families about available financial and nonfinancial services and assist with applications.

Nonfinancial services available to kinship foster care parents include family assessment, case management, child day care, housing assistance, parenting training, counseling, transportation, respite services, and emergency services.
