Requires purple star schools to submit annual reports by June 30 detailing the number of military students served, peer mentorship participation, employee training percentages, patriotic events held, and designated contact information.

Allows the Department of Education to revoke a school's purple star designation if it fails to submit required reports or meet eligibility requirements, with a 90-day cure period after notice before removal from the program.
